Why This Tv Show Is The Best For Feeling Good And Leadership Lessons

August 30, 2021 Nick Pritchett
Unknown-1.jpeg

Have you watched the TV show Ted Lasso? It is about an American Football coach arriving in London to coach a British football team.

It is not suitable for work due to the colorful language and introduction to British swear words, but that aside it is full of heart warming moments and lessons in leading a team.

I won’t give any spoilers, and you can watch it on Apple TV but if you want to see an example of leading when everyone is doubting you, when you aren’t quite sure what you are doing, or when you are figuring out how to manage difficult individuals then Ted Lasso is worth watching.

I am no fan of motivational posters but the one Ted hangs in the changing rooms is worth sharing here.

It simply says:

Believe.

Dedicated to growing your business,

Val
