Have You Anticipated The Joy Of Returning To Real Life Interaction?

Have you been back to the office yet? Held a real life meeting? Held a team meeting in real life? Attended a company event in person? Been to an industry conference?

I’ve been reading articles and social media posts from my teacher friends who have been back in classrooms these last couple of weeks and it occurred to me the anticipation of returning to real life brings just as much joy as the act itself. I am hearing that despite all of the challenges, restrictions, and requirements the pure joy of interacting in real life classrooms versus an electronic letterbox view is quite exhilarating. If that is happening in schools, imagine when work returns to being physically present for at least some of the time?

Right now I am planning with many of my clients what that return to in person business will look like —-the future of work —-the possibilities —-the opportunities — the realities of bringing people physically together again.

This isn’t about getting by, this isn’t about making do, this isn’t about following along once you figure it out. This is the ONE opportunity you have to reset how you innovate, communicate, lead, and create remarkable solutions for your customers. There are some really innovative ideas
that will soon become reality.

Are you thinking big enough?

Dedicated to growing your business,

Val
