Unique Ways To Communicate With Anyone

September 8, 2020 Nick Pritchett

Many leaders ask me for inspiration when communicating beyond email. The Radiant Communications Circle is designed to provide you with a plethora of options. You can pick any one of the 20 rays of communication and implement them immediately. The key is not to be polished. Don’t perfect it, speed works far better than your fourth edit that delays it 24 hours or more. You can read more in Chapter Five of Rapid Growth, Done Right.

Here are three very specific examples of how the Radiant Communication Circle works in action.

  • Want to beat a monotonous company email introduction at your new company? Look how Netflix CMO Bozoma Saint John introduced herself. Creative, inspiring, and eye-catching. You don’t need the rose petals and fashion shoot - but how could you represent the real you in a video?

  • Extract lessons from a movie you’ve just watched. I did this last week after watching Alice in Wonderland. I wrote about it here. One of my most highly viewed Inc Magazine interviews was writing about Pixar’s Inside Out movie and why you need to let Sadness and Anger run the show.

  • Share your first 7 jobs and what you learned. Your team and peers will love hearing them. I explain mine here.

What are some of the most unique ways you communicate with your team and company? I would love to hear them.

Dedicated to growing your business,

Val
